Ground Handlers at Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport is responsible for managing the airport and for the provision of infrastructure to enable airlines and handling agents to operate efficiently and effectively at the airport.

Some airlines provide their own ground handling services, for example Aer Lingus and Ryanair both provide Passenger Handling and Baggage Handling services for their passengers. Other airlines contract services from specialised ground handling companies.  For example British Midland (BMI) currently contract services from Aviance. All ground handling companies are licensed by Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) who are independent of Dublin Airport.
