Shop & Collect Office Relocates

A new customer collection point for The Loop’s Shop & Collect service has opened in a more prominent location in Terminal 1 Arrivals.
The new collection desk is located in a prime spot close to where arriving passengers pass.
ARI head of retail Jean Ann Taylor said everybody was delighted with the new location.
“It has much better visibility from a customer service point of view as people arrive through Terminal 1, which makes it easier for them to collect their items.”
“We are absolutely delighted with the new location and the new desk.”
“Customer collect sales are up 21% this year. So the service is going from strength to strength. We’re working really hard to build on those sale figures because it’s such a good service to give our passengers.”
The new location replaces the old Shop & Collect desk further down the terminal. That space is now being renovated for a new food and beverage outlet.
Said Jean Ann: “The new desk is only a few steps away from where passengers arrive in Terminal 1, so it’s much clearer to everybody where they collect their goods.”
“Even people collecting passengers and looking at the flight arrivals screens will learn about the service. These are people who may not have known anything about it before.”
