DAA has won the Large Enterprise Award category for its Accelerated Management Development Programme at the Irish Institute of Training & Development National Awards (IITD).
The award, which recognises excellence in training and development, was the culmination of many months of work by the Human Resources Organisation Capability team. The programme is part of DAA’s strategy of building upon its high performance culture and building capabilities for the future.
As well as the National award, DAA also received outstanding achievement recognitions for two other categories – for the BSAT (Basic Security Awareness Training) online portal and work conducted in conjunction with Consult DAA in Perth Airport, Australia.
DAA Human Resources Director Damian Lenagh, who attended the awards ceremony, commended his team on their achievement. “To receive such strong endorsement from a National external awarding body was proof of the best practice approach being taken toward developing capability in DAA.”
