Tips for a smooth journey through Dublin Airport this Bank Holiday Weekend
• Please check which terminal your flight is departing from BEFORE leaving home. As a general rule Aer Lingus, Aer Lingus Regional, Emirates, Etihad Airways and ALL the US carriers operate from Terminal 2 while all other airlines operate from Terminal 1.
• Plan to arrive in the terminal building at least 90 minutes before your flight departure time irrespective of whether you are checking in on the web or at the airport.
• EU Aviation Security regulations concerning liquids are still in place.
Liquids up to a maximum size of 100ml each
Pack liquids in a transparent re-sealable bag
Bag size no larger than 20cm x 20xm
One bag per person
Sealed bag must be presented separately at security screening
Liquids, gels, pastes and lotions over 100mls
Containers over 100mls even if partially full
Over packed ‘open bags’
Exceptions: Essential medicines, baby food/milk must also be presented separately.
• When approaching the Security Screening area please remove outer jacket, belt, shoes, coins, mobile phones and place in the tray provided. All laptop computers must be removed from their outer casing for security screening. All sharp objects should be packed into checked in luggage.
Dublin Airport will have Customer Care teams on duty across both terminals this bank holiday weekend to help you with your journey through the airport.
We hope you have a pleasant trip!
