required to insert a credit or Laser card to pay the fee for the
overstay.

|
What happens if I bring a different credit card to the card I used to make my booking online?
|
When you arrive at your pre-booked car park the
primary identifier for your pre-booking is your licence plate. Should this
fail for any reason you will require the credit or Laser card used to make
the online booking in order to activate your booking.
If you insert a different card to the one used
to make the online booking the system will process this as a separate
transaction. You will be allowed to enter the car park and at the exit
barrier the second card will be charged the parking fee based on the then
current tariff. Your pre-booked transaction will be treated as a ‘no-show’
and your original card account will be automatically refunded the original
fee.
It is important therefore that you bring the same card used to make
the booking when you park at the airport.
|
|
32.
|
What happens if I bring a different car to the one identified when making my booking online?
|
In order to identify your booking the system
depends on you using the car with the licence plate details provided when
making the booking online. If you attempt to enter the pre-booked car park
with a different car to that provided during the booking process the
system will prompt you to insert a credit or Laser card or take a ticket.
Do not press the button to request a ticket.
You must insert the same credit or Laser card used to make the online booking and the system will then identify your booking and raise the barrier.
|
|
33.
|

you travel . It is not required to enter or exit the car park.
|
|
34.
|
What happens if I lose my credit or Laser card when I’m away?
|
The pre-booking system only requires your card
in the event it fails to recognise your booking via your car licence
plate.
