Electronic Passenger Locator Form

As of Sunday 06 March 2022, all arriving passengers into Ireland no longer require completed passenger locator forms, proof of valid vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 in the prior 6 months, or evidence of a negative/not-detected result from a RT-PCR/Antigen test. 

For all travel destination queries, we recommend that passengers check with the Department of Foreign Affairs here, check with their airline regarding their flight requirements, and for arrivals to Ireland or other general travel queries, check the latest Irish Government advice here.

Departing passengers

• Despite changes to COVID-19 travel requirements in Ireland, which came into effect Sunday 06 March 2022, departing passengers must still check, prepare and adhere to the requirements of the country that they are visiting. 
• If you are departing from Ireland to another country, please visit dfa.ie for all the information you need with regards to entry requirements for your destination.
• We ask that passengers check with their airline as advice and entry requirements may be subject to change.

Arriving passengers
