Professor Philip Napier, Head of The School of Fine Art at the National College of Art and Design Dublin (NCAD), explains the story behind 'Visual Amenity' at Dublin Airport.
It's one of a number of installations here at the airport which was created during a two year partnership between NCAD and Dublin Airport and supported by Business to Arts, which gave students past and present a chance to highlight their creative work to an international audience.
