All check-in desks at Terminal 2 are located on the ground floor of the terminal building.
The Aer Lingus check-in desks are located in Areas 29-56.
Etihad Airways, Continental (United), US Airways, Delta and American Airlines operate from the check-in desks in Areas 1-28.
To save time, have your tickets and passport ready, and ensure your hand luggage contains only the items you may need during your journey. Ensure that carry-on luggage does not contain any liquids, gels or pastes that exceed 100ml.
As a general guide,
Self-service check-in (online and self-service kiosks) is available to passengers departing from the Airport travelling with certain airlines. A number of scheduled airlines offer self-service check-in and internet check-in facilities in order to allow for early passenger check-in, seat selection and issue of boarding passes. Airline staff should be on hand if you require any assistance at the airport.
**Please Note** Online passengers must proceed through security screening areas as normal. Fast Track is only available with online check-in if purchased with Airport Genie services at www.airportgenie.com. Please allow plenty of time to proceed through security screening.
Please keep your baggage close by and take care of credit cards, passports and other important documents when using the self-service kiosks at the airport.
Please refer to the flight information screens located throughout the airside shopping and boarding areas. These screens list flight departures for your destination, boarding time and gate number. Boarding begins approximately 45 minutes before departure. This may vary for long-haul and short-haul flights.
