New Route Support Scheme

This scheme can allow an airline to benefit from discounts on qualifying airport charges services on a new short or long-haul route. Discounts will apply to: 

  • Passenger service charge

  • Aircraft parking charge 

  • Airbridge use charge 

  • Runway movement charge

Standby Aircraft Scheme

The Standby Aircraft Incentive Scheme might allow a relevant operator to avoid aircraft parking published charges in relation to a Standby Aircraft for periods on which it is parked on a Standby Aircraft Stand.

Significant Additional Capacity on Existing Routes Scheme

The Significant Additional Capacity Incentive Scheme offers a 50% discount to airlines who establish an increase in passenger numbers for existing routes of 50k for long-haul and 100k for short-haul as compared with the base year.

Grow Transfer Incentive Scheme

The Grow Transfer Incentive Scheme (GTIS) offers a retrospective rebate of the Transfer Passenger Service Charge for incremental traffic above the level of the corresponding season 3 years prior. Airlines that do not have a relevant comparator for 2019, will then have an initial threshold of the actual traffic that was recorded at Dublin Airport in Summer and Winter Seasons 2022 respectively.

Capacity Optimisation Incentive Scheme

The Capacity Optimisation Incentive Scheme offers a discount to airlines that free capacity in a congested facility by moving to one capable of accepting it without creating congestion.

Long-Haul Remote Discount Scheme

The Long-Haul Remote Discount Scheme will be applied to long-haul flights arriving and departing to and from a remote stand during the local operation times of Dublin Airport. These flights are eligible for a 50% discount on landing and take-off charges once the qualifying criteria are adhered to.
