Condition 28 of the grant of planning for North Runway required the establishment of a Community Liaison Group for the St. Margaret’s area with representation from Fingal County Council, daa and members of the St. Margaret’s community. The St. Margaret’s Community Liaison Group (CLG) was established in September 2016.

Since its inception, the group has been focusing on many areas of interest to the local community including future plans for the area, airport operations and environmental issues. Where required, experts attend the meetings to provide an opportunity for detailed discussion on a topic that is deemed to be of particular importance to the group.

This is a hugely beneficial forum to facilitate information exchange with the St. Margaret’s community and to address issues raised, where possible. The forum also provides a solid platform for all three bodies to communicate in an open and transparent manner. Relevant meeting documentation is available below and will be continually updated as meetings occur.
