About the Dublin Airport Community Fund
For decades, Dublin Airport has supported community activities across education, literacy, sports and the arts, and through the Community Fund we are continuing this work while extending support to even more local initiatives with over €3.3million to local community initiatives since its launch.
In 2025, Dublin Airport's Community Fund awarded €500,000 to 117 schools, clubs and groups in the local neighbouring communities, many of which Dublin Airport has been the main sponsor for several years.
Apply for Funding
The Dublin Airport Community Fund annually makes a call for applications and once open, applications are accepted for up to six weeks. Applications made outside of this period will not be accepted.
All applications must be submitted via the Community Fund's online portal and forms cannot be accepted as hard copy or by email.
Applications are reviewed and assessed by an independently chaired Grant Making Panel, after which the groups will be contacted to proceed to the payment stage.

Community Fund Logo/Branding
Successful applicants will need Dublin Airport Community Fund’s logo to promote support of their initiative, which will be included in the subsequent Project Outcome Report. This promotion could take the form of pitch-side signage,

Please read the Dublin Airport Community Fund Toolkit before using our logos. The Brand Toolkit will tell you all you need to know about which logo(s) to use and how to use them.
Dublin Airport Local Community Access Scholarship
We have partnered with Dublin City University (DCU) to provide scholarships through DCU’s Access Service, to those students that may be marginalised in our community, giving them a unique opportunity to access third level education.
The Community Fund will also support up to 40 students per year to enable them to attend DCU via its Access Programme. To find out more about the DCU Access Service, visit www.dcu.ie/access
