Let us know as soon as you can so we can cancel your old receipt card in case someone tries to use it in your place. If you don't notify us, we aren't responsible for a third party using the card to collect your vehicle.

Yes, but only if you cancel the booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time and date. Head to 'Manage My Bookings' or fill out the contact form here to cancel.

If you notice damage or you think items might be missing from your car, visit the Drop & Go Parking reception desk or call +353 87 230 0564 and fill out a claim form.

Just be aware that if you don't let us know before exiting the car park with your collected vehicle, daa will seek compelling additional evidence from you to consider a claim. While it might be inconvenient, making a claim while your vehicle is still with us is far less hassle in the long run.

If you're looking to keep items in your vehicle, it's best to leave them in the boot. daa does not accept liability for third-party theft from/damage to parked vehicles or their contents.

It doesn't need to be full, but because we're moving it to a secure on-site car park, we recommend your vehicle has at least 10 kilometres of range.
