2. Click ‘Book Now’

3. Browse the lounges and add the number of passes you want for the lounge that best suits you.

4. Hit ‘Add to Cart,’ review your booking summary, and click ‘Continue.’

5. Add any extra airport services you’d like to enhance your journey. Hit ‘Continue.’

6. Add your personal and payment info on the following windows and pay to confirm your order.

You can only cancel your booking if it's at least 4 hours before your pre-booked arrival time.

2. Add your booking reference, email info, and hit continue.

3. Hit ‘Cancel Booking’

4. Confirm the cancellation by hitting ‘Cancel Booking’ in the pop-up window

5. You’ll get an email confirming your cancellation, and we'll process your refund in 5 business days.

If you've booked through the Dublin Airport App, your order will be automatically added to the 'My Bookings' screen. If not, you can add it using your email address and the booking reference in your confirmation email.

No, removing bookings from the Dublin Airport App doesn’t cancel them. If you want to cancel a booking, you can do so here.
