Make sure you hit ‘Save’ to confirm any changes to your booking.
If your booking is due to commence in less than 4 hours, or in the past, and you booked with us less than 14 days ago, and wish to withdraw your booking, please submit a request through the Right to Withdraw form and one of our agents will be back to you as soon as possible.

Yes! You can arrive up to 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the pre-booked arrival time. E.g. if you booked to arrive at 10 am, the system will recognise your booking anytime between 9:30 am and 10:30 am on the arrival day.
Your booking is valid up to 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the pre-booked scheduled time. We can’t guarantee access outside of this period due to availability.
