In November, along with the DCU Business School, Gary McLean was on hand to award the daa Aviation Scholarship to its first recipient, Chloe Smith.

This new bursary established by DCU Business School and the daa has been awarded for the first time and celebrates the highest achieving student in third-year Aviation Management.

Gary McLean said: 'Dublin Airport has a long and proud history of working with DCU. Each year, we support 40 local students to attend third level education via DCU’s Access Programme. This new bursary for the BSc in Aviation Management is our latest educational initiative to invest in our local communities and foster the talents of students to fulfil their true potential.'
