daa is seeking to change two restrictive planning conditions attached to the grant of permission for North Runway in order to maintain the operational flexibility that currently exists at Dublin Airport. As part of the process, daa held a series of public consultation events in June and July to help inform a scoping process for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The EIS will assess the impacts of the proposed changes on the environment.
Further information and consultation events are now being planned to provide an update on the EIS and to assist in selecting between emerging options for future flightpaths.
