daa, the operator of Dublin and Cork airports, has signed up to the Business In The Community Ireland Elevate Pledge.  The Elevate Pledge aims to support businesses to build more inclusive workplaces. The ultimate ambition of this initiative is for a workforce that is representative of all members of Irish society. By signing, daa is signalling its ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace that empowers all employees equally and everyone is supported to thrive.

As part of our ongoing efforts to create a diverse and inclusive work environment, daa wholeheartedly endorses a 50:50 gender split for appointments across the Group. This commitment promotes equality and provides opportunities for all.

Our primary objective is to cultivate a work environment that embraces greater gender balance throughout the company. While a gender pay gap persists at daa, we have implemented a range of initiatives to address it. Specifically, we are focusing on enhancing female representation at senior career levels including:

• Flexible Working Arrangements: We offer flexible work options to accommodate diverse needs.
• Gender-Neutral Job Descriptions: Ensuring fairness and equal opportunities during recruitment.
• Diverse Interview Panels: Encouraging unbiased hiring practices.
• Executive Women in Leadership Programme: Empowering women to excel in leadership roles.

As an equal opportunities employer, daa actively supports and encourages all employees, regardless of their roles, to reach their full potential.
