Loveholidays and daa competition rules (the Rules)

daa plc (Dublin Airport and Cork Airport) are organising this competition in conjunction with loveholidays. Dublin Airport will place the competition post on its official Facebook and Instagram accounts. The entry mechanism is outlined in the relevant competition post. Dublin Airport will select one winner at random from entries on both platforms after 3pm on Friday, 27th June 2025.

Prize: Win a €5,000 Holiday Voucher (the Voucher) from loveholidays along with two entries to Fast Track and two Lounge passes for a single departure from either Dublin Airport or Cork Airport to make your journey seamless. *Cork Airport will provide one week worth of Parking in lieu of Fast Track.

• You must do so during the competition period which will run from 11 am on 23 June 2025 until 15:00 27 June 2025.
• Your entry into this Dublin Airport / Cork Airport / loveholidays competition means that you accept these Rules and any additional competition-specific rules which may be advertised.
• If you win the competition, we will contact you using the social media account that you used to enter the competition. By entering this competition, the winner consents to Dublin Airport, Cork Airport and loveholidays using his or her name and/or image in any publicity materials related to the competition.
• If your personal details are incorrect during the competition period, we will disqualify you from the competition and select a new winner. We reserve the right to disqualify you in our sole discretion if you do not comply with these Rules.
• If you win the competition, you may use the Voucher to pay for a loveholidays holiday of your choice excluding holidays in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The Voucher must be used on a package holiday (consisting of flights and a hotel) booked on www.loveholidays.ie or via the loveholidays app. You may not use the Voucher on holidays booked over the phone or via any other method. The Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue (although date of departure can be after this time). The Voucher must be used on a single holiday; any amount below the value of the voucher is cancelled after the single holiday has been booked.
• The Voucher only covers flights and accommodation. The Voucher cannot be used for travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations (except for transfers abroad that may be included in the package), food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. If you win, you are responsible for paying all other costs. There is no cash alternative for the Voucher and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers.
• loveholidays states that travel schedules are subject to change without notice. No denied boarding compensation will be paid. Ground arrangement vouchers and tickets are not refundable or upgradeable. loveholidays is not responsible for costs incurred due to delay, cancellation, or disruption of service. Any income tax liability incurred is your responsibility.
• The winner will be selected from valid competition entries across both Facebook and Instagram. Dublin Airport’s decision on selection of the winner is final. Dublin Airport will not reply to any queries in relation to the selection of the winner. Entrants must live in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland and be aged 18 or older. Employees of Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, or loveholidays and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter.
• The prize cannot be changed or exchanged. Only the winner will be awarded the prize and it is not transferable. If you are the winner, you must use the Voucher yourself together with any persons nominated by you. If you are the winner, you must be the named “lead passenger” on the booking. If you win, we will notify you by direct message on social media. You must respond to the message within 30 days and provide us with a contact number and email address for the prize. If you do not respond to the message to claim the prize, the prize will lapse and we reserve the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these Rules.
• Dublin Airport will only use the winner’s personal data provided for the sole purpose of administering this competition. Personal data will not be stored, retained, or shared once the winner is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without giving any notice. You are responsible for paying all taxes, insurances, fees and surcharges on the prize. Dublin Airport will reject entries that are incomplete, delayed, or corrupted due to technical or system issues and will reject entries not received on time.
• These Rules are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Dublin Airport’s decision is final concerning all competition matters and these Rules.
