Platinum VIP Competition - Terms and Conditions
This competition is organised by Dublin Airport, part of daa plc, in collaboration with Platinum VIP.
One winner will be selected at random after the competition closes at midnight on Sunday, 13th July.
The prize:
An exclusive (one way) Platinum VIP Experience for the winner and one guest, showcasing the very best of Platinum VIP’s newly enhanced offering. Exact details of the experience will be confirmed directly with the winner.
Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over.
- Employees of daa plc or their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter.
- Booking of Platinum VIP is subject to availability.
Winner selection:
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received via the competition form on dublinairport.com
- The winner will be contacted via email by either Platinum VIP or Dublin Airport. If no response is received within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.
Publicity:
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity related to the competition.
Data protection:
- Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be deleted once the winner is confirmed. Personal data will not be stored, retained, or shared.
General:
- Dublin Airport accepts no responsibility for entries not received, incomplete, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
- Dublin Airport reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any stage if necessary or if circumstances arise beyond its control.
- Dublin Airport accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or guest as a result of accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Entry into the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
- Dublin Airport’s decision is final concerning all competition matters and these Terms and Conditions.
