What is Airport Club?

Airport Club is a membership programme for frequent users and business travellers using Dublin Airport. Membership of Airport Cub means you can enjoy annual services and benefits which will help you on your way through Dublin Airport. The benefits are; Fast track through security Parking in Express Red, Short Term or Executive Parking Lounge access in the Dublin Airport Lounges and in the 51st & Green Lounge You can also avail of a 10% discount on purchases in The Loop in both Terminals (excluding tobacco and gift vouchers).

How Do I Join Airport Club?

Click here and choose the plan most suited to your needs, proceed to fill in the application form and make the relevant payment. You will then be posted your membership card which will be available to use as soon as you have received it.

How can I pay for membership?

12 Month purchase If you have purchased a 12 month membership you will pay the amount posted on the website relevant to the card you have selected. When you have completed your registration, you will be diverted to the payment page where you will enter your card details. You will then receive an automated email notification confirming your purchase. Your membership will expire on the last day of the twelfth month from registration. You will then need to renew your membership via the Airport Club website. 6 Month purchase If you have purchased a 6 month membership you will pay the amount posted on the website relevant to the card you have selected. When you have completed your registration, you will be diverted to the payment page where you will enter your card details. You will then receive an automated email notification confirming your purchase. Your membership will expire on the last day of the sixth month from registration. You will need to renew your membership via the Airport Club web site.

When can I start to avail of my benefits?

Your card is active from the time you receive it in the post and you can start using it then.

When will I recieve my Airport Club card?

Once we have received your application form and payment you will receive your confirmation email within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your Airport Club membership pack within 7 working days.

How Do I Access Fast Track Security?

Present your Airport Club membership card to the security staff at the Fast Track security entrance. Your boarding card will be scanned and then your membership card.

Is Fast Track always open?

The Fast Track entrance door will be open from 04.00 and will be available up to 20.00 each evening.

How do I avail of 10% The Loop shopping?

Present your boarding card and Airport Club membership card to The Loop sales assistant when paying for purchases.

What shops offer me the 10% discount?

You can only avail of the 10% discount in The Loop shops. The other shops are concessionaires and do not offer discounts to Airport Club members.

Who can avail of the Lounges?

As a Gold or Blue member you can avail of a selection of lounges in Terminals 1 and 2 and the 51st & Green lounge which is located after US Preclearance. The East Lounge is not currently available to Airport Club members.

What do I do when I arrive at the Lounge?

As a Gold or Blue member you should show your Airport Club membership card with your membership number to the receptionist.

Do I have to pay for the food?

You do not have to pay for the food and drinks in the Lounges in Terminals 1 and 2 and in the 51st & Green Lounge just after US Preclearance. Some meal options have an additional charge and these are clearly marked, which means you pay extra only if you order these items.

Where is 51st&Green Lounge located?

The 51st&Green Lounge is located after US Preclearance, just at the end of the US Gates corridor

Do I have t pay for food & drink?

The food in the 51st & Green Lounge is complimentary. Some meal options have an additional charge and these are clearly marked, which means you pay extra only if you order these items. You can discuss the options with the Lounge staff.

How does the 'Refer a Friend' promotion work?

If you refer a friend, family member or colleague who joins Airport Club for 12 months, we’ll pop a voucher for The Loop in the post to you. 12 month Red referral €20 voucher 12 month Blue or Green referral €35 voucher 12 month Silver referral €50 voucher 12 month Gold referral €100 voucher They simply need to enter your Airport Club membership number in the ‘Refer a Friend Membership Number’ box at Opens in new windowairportclub.ie and we’ll look after the rest.
